I am here to illuminate your darkest shadows with the light of love, acceptance, compassion and yield the sword of truth to cut through what is holding you back. I am committed to making your evolutionary journey fun and for even the most challenging things to be cleared with grace and ease.
I will share the tools and embodied wisdom that I have gathered in 20+ years of walking the path of personal growth to help you live an extraordinary life of fulfillment in all areas.
MENTORING / COACHING
It would be my deepest honor to work together to refine your vision for your life and help you step by step to break through what is holding you back.
You will be held in a safe, compassionate and loving way without judgement where ALL of you is welcome.
We will dive into the areas of health, spirituality/personal growth, career/service, financial abundance, relationship to your self, self care, friends & family relationships, romantic relationships - starting with the areas that are most important to you.
Together we'll create new empowering programs that are in alignment with your truth to replace the unconscious self limiting ones to help you reach your goals and actualize your visions in a way that balances fun & inspiration with structure & accountability.
I will share tools that can become your foundation for living more regularly in the flow state, creating a mindset for success and carrying deep peace with you into your daily life,
We will work in a traditional coaching format as well as incorporate special sessions of meditation, breathwork, somatic therapy, ceremony & ritual to create lasting transformation on the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental levels.

How long is the typical mentoring / coaching program?
Some people like to have a mentor / coach all the time to support in taking them to the next level in all areas of life.
We can also work on something very specific in one month. It is entirely up to you and what you are ready for.
What if I can't make one of our weekly calls?
We can do two calls in one week or find something that works with your schedule.
