You are unique and how we work together will be customized based on your needs.
Generally it works best when we have at least one session per week. In between sessions, I will also share personalized weekly alignment assignments, practices & exercises to support your evolutionary journey.

How long is the typical mentoring / coaching container?
Some people like to have a mentor / coach all the time to support in taking them to the next level in all areas of life.
We can also work on something very specific in one month. It is entirely up to you and what you are ready for.

What does a session look like?
Each session is based on your needs - we work in a traditional coaching format as well as incorporate special sessions of meditation, breathwork, somatic therapy, ceremony, ritual, subconscious reprogramming and quantum healing to create lasting transformation on the physical, spiritual, emotional, energetic and mental levels.

How do we schedule our weekly calls?
We create a rhythm for calls based on your goals and needs.
We work with your ideal time, your schedule and time zone.
If there is a week you can't make calls we can also go deeper the week before or after with additional sessions.
