Self Love Yin Yoga | 60min

An audio practice that will help you deeply relax, dissolve anxiety, release aches & pain in your body, soothe your nervous system, transform your relationship to negative self talk and increase feelings of self love and acceptance. 

All you need is a yoga mat and if you don't have one you can even do this practice on a carpet. 

This practice can be done any time of the day. It is also great to do in the evening as the deep relaxation can support deeper sleep.
